  • The frequency depends on your industry and equipment type. Here's a general guide based on AS/NZS 3760:

    Every 3 Months:

    • Construction sites and building work

    Every 6 Months:

    • Factories and manufacturing

    Every 12 Months:

    1. Failed items are clearly tagged and recorded as "Do Not Use"

    2. You receive immediate notification of any failed items

    3. Detailed report explains why the item failed

    4. Options provided:

    You decide:

    • Whether to repair or replace

    • We can retest after repairs (additional fee may apply)

    • Failed items are tracked in your asset register

    • 60-10,000 items: $3.50 per item

    • 10,000-20,000 items: $3.00 per item

    • 20,000+ items: $2.00 per item

    Minimum service: 60 items
